An exciting day in America

Well tomorrow is the big day for "We Surround Them" a part of the Glenn Beck movement. Actually a conservative, common sense movement that I pray takes off like a rocket. I am tired of the rhetoric in Washington and the blind crazy spending taking our country into the toilet. I am so fired up and I am hoping this movement can take the Fair Tax agenda all the way to the halls of the White House for a necessary and meaningful change. President Obama spoke of change well here is his opportunity for real change. It is not that the medical and educational systems do not need changing, but putting money back into the hands of it's citizens will give them the money necessary to afford them. We must rise up and with a loud and united voice say no more unfair taxes. Reward our efforts not penalize them.
I would appreciate your feedback, comments and or suggestions of what I should address on straight talk with Larry. No subject is off limits and no question is a dumb one. I have been straight with you so be straight with me. Until next time, remember the shortest distance between two points is a straight line and so is the quickest way to effective communication.

The disaster was signed by Obama

Well the day finally came and our country will be sadder as well as broker for it. The President's stimulus package was signed today. I was unable to read the stimulus plan completely and/or in many cases be able to understand the gobilly gook of legal terminology that riddled this plan. The sad thing is that very many of the people that voted on this plan were in the same situation and many of these people in our congress are highly educated folks. The government has lost its mind and so have we by not rising up against this plan. What happened to common sense??? I am not advocating doing nothing but I would suggest a little more disciplined time to put together a plan that was purely stimulus. There will be more than enough time in the near future to discuss spending.
With that said all we can do now is sit back and see what happens, or is it all we can do. The spirit of this country is great and Washington cannot disregard the voices of the people. We still have the ability to unite and send a clear message to Washington. Even though this so called stimulus package passed we can affect the way in which the money will be used. I am angry and I know many if not most of you are too about the irresponsibility of our elected officials. Send e-mails, make phone calls and whatever else you feel necessary to do. I know I have and will continue to do so.

STRAIGHT talk WITH larry

Staright talk with Larry let me introduce myself

Hello World.. Meet Larry Jordan
Hi, My name is Larry Jordan. I am 53 and have been married for 32 years. I have two sons 28 and 30. In January 09 I was part of a reduction in force at my company after 16 years and now consider myself semi-retired. I now have the time to speak my mind and in many cases the thoughts and ideas of many others.
I know you are going to enjoy my common sense take on the world of politics. political correctness and everything else. What the hell is going on in this country? Have we lost our minds? I will tackle, enlighten and expose the daily issues that affect this country and how common sense has somehow been lost along the way. How many are following the pied piper of Obama without any thought of what music he is really playing.
We the people are the government and somehow the people in our government have conveniently forgotten that. Let's go on a journey together to strip away the BS and talk about what is really going on. Straight talk, that is what we need and what I am going to do. Fasten your seat belts and keep your hands and arms inside the vehicle as the straight talk express is about to get underway.
